Once you make contact with our QLD and NSW office, or enter your details above, one of our lawyers will promptly contact you to discuss your matter. The free initial consultation usually takes 30-60 minutes depending on the nature of your matter, and gives you a great opportunity to ask any questions, big or small.
Following the initial consultation, we can then provide you with a quote for your matter. You can choose a fixed fee or time costed basis to suit your case. We then send you an easy to understand Costs Agreement outlining the fees for the scope of the legal work. The Costs Agreement also provides you with protection and security as to overall costs and expenses.
Once the Costs Agreement is accepted and our retainer has been met, our team will be fully engaged and working on your case. We offer a specialist service and are accessible to you at all times if required.
At all stages, we aim to make sure the process is as relaxed and comfortable for you as possible. We treat you with care and professionalism, and you will be kept informed with simple, non-legal jargon so that you know exactly where you stand and what our lawyers are doing to help.
